Your monthly rent payment will be arranged by Umega Lettings and paid directly to them.
Rents are reviewed once a year and only increased in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), meaning no surprising hikes in your rent.
If paying your rent becomes difficult then your letting agent might be able to help.
A security deposit and one month's rent are required at the start of your new tenancy.
Umega Lettings will protect this deposit by transferring the funds to an approved scheme under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Scotland) Regulations.
Your own space
Our homes are unfurnished, with white paint and neutral flooring throughout. They are spacious but cosy, with large windows to let in light and energy-efficient heating systems to keep utility bills low.
If you want to add your own touches, such as hanging pictures or painting walls, just contact Umega Lettings to discuss what you want to do.
Our bright modern kitchens are furnished with a gas or electric oven, hob, washing machine and fridge freezer as well as ample storage. Most homes also have a dishwasher.
Our main bathrooms offer a full-size bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Some of our larger houses also have a shower room at ground floor level whilst some flats have an en-suite bathroom.
Umega Lettings arrange a safety check of your home every 6 months and take care of any essential maintenance and repairs.
RMG Group will keep the whole neighbourhood in great condition: maintaining the landscaping, stairwells, bike and bin storage, as well as any communal gardens and play areas.
